Muito ruim mesmo ! Estou em breve mudando para outra operador Lyca nunca mais ! -- Mandomandaloria, 2024-12-06 ### *---- "terrible stole my money" i tried to send at the mensal bill with the app and the money never entered in my number!!! they stole my money and when i try to talk to the support, it always says that it didn’t understand the question, or sent me a total different subject response -- uwill6_6, 2024-12-06 ### *---- "Not work properly" Hangedddd the phone -- sh ihf, 2024-11-21 ### *---- "Empresa Ilegal" Esta empresa não envia faturas das compras Online. Devemos denunciar a Autoridade Tributária. Pode ser feito no portal das finanças. Entretanto mudei para DIGI muito mais barato com um serviço impecável. -- Luís H Mendes, 2024-11-12 ### *---- "worthless apps" Don’t work on your phone -- Don’t …., 2024-10-17 ### *---- "Worst" Nothing else to say app is worst thing i deal with on mobile. -- Vikzzy, 2024-10-12 ### *---- "Not possible to log out anymore" We have three LycaMobile accounts, but since it’s not possible to log out anymore, it’s not possible to switch between the accounts. LycaMobile also switches on AutoRenewal for your plan automatically, and will use the credit card you used the last time for payments. It’s not so easy to switch it off, so be careful! -- magicruss, 2024-08-10 ### ***-- "Lyca apps not new mobile" Iphone 15promax 17.5.1 version didn,t work lyca app make it please update your softwear -- Raziiithakuri, 2024-08-08 ### *---- "The worst mobile operator I’ve ever seen" Never buy Lyca mobile SIM card if you don’t want to have a very slow support, to spend your time calling the company and just LOOSE your money. I payed for 3months package and after using it for one month the package have just disappeared!!! I have no internet, no calls, nothing to use my prepaid package. The irony is the support will process your request for 2 days! Seriously? I thought we lived in 21 century in the era of digital technology. Hopefully it is another good mobile operator in Portugal! Want to forget all my communication with Lyca mobile as a nightmare! -- Ann_ul, 2024-06-04 ### *---- "Terrible service. DO NOT recommend" TLDR: poor service, terrible experience being a customer for almost a year. I’m switching. The internet coverage and speed is terrible. Billing is not transparent: sometimes customer support can’t explain where the money went. Customer support itself is the worst I’ve ever experienced: they interrupt you, do not listen, hang up on you before the problem was addressed without any reason (I’ve never swore but trust me I wanted so many times). The app sometimes shows wrong info. What you can see and do is very limited. -- ThisIsShadrin, 2024-04-22 [View all Lyca Mobile PT reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Lyca Mobile PT Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Portugal | Utilities | #76 | ## Lyca Mobile PT Available In - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/portugal) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/india) - [Nepal](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/nepal) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/brazil) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/canada) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/ukraine) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/pakistan) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/bulgaria) - [Angola](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/angola) - [Qatar](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/qatar) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/cyprus) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/malta) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/egypt) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/spain) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/indonesia) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/hong-kong) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/croatia) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/hungary) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/israel) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/kazakhstan) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/lebanon) - [Luxembourg](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/luxembourg) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/malaysia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/nigeria) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/peru) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/romania) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/saudi-arabia) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/singapore) - [Slovenia](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/slovenia) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/slovakia) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/taiwan) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/vietnam) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/south-africa) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/argentina) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/azerbaijan) - [Bahrain](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/bahrain) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/brunei) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/chile) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/china) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/colombia) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/czechia) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/dominican-republic) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/ecuador) - [Estonia](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/estonia) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/finland) - [Grenada](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/grenada) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/lyca-mobile-pt-Jfdo/greece) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
