Doesn’t allow a U.K. number to register. Doesn’t accept Amex and even with a French number and card, doesn’t work. What a waste of time. Would just like to check my balance. This is so unnecessary.
I have both French and European bank accounts that I could use with the app but because I only have a UK phone number I can’t register. How did they not think of this scenario when designing the app?? What has my phone number got to do with my financial situation?? Ridiculous
Required app for Rock en Seine. Can’t register with a U.K. number, and even with a French one, it hardly worked at the terminal. Pointless. Just accept Apple Pay or Google Pay!!!
This is a terrible service. Can’t believe such apps even exist. A friend sent me some money through this service and there is no way to retrieve it. Avoid at all cost!
The signup flow is thoroughly intrusive (what has my date of birth got to do with you?), and fatally flawed. I have now tried to sign up for the second time (over a month since my first, equally abortive attempt). Beyond the usual entering of registration details (both a mobile phone number and an email address because… of course), you have to validate your phone number by tapping on a link sent via SMS. For some reason, two different links are sent at the same time (one validation and CGU and one just validation) and tapping on them re-directs you to the app (so far so good) only to learn that the link (either one) has expired (at most 60 seconds has elapsed since receiving them), so you need to get a new link… But of course then you get to start the whole registration process over again and, this time, your phone number is already taken! Not impressed either from a UX perspective or a functional one!
The app setup allows a UK mobile number and sends a validation SMS. It then refuses login using the same number!
Une horreur pour créer un compte puis une autre pour ajouter une carte bleue (on m’a carrément bloqué la possibilité d’en ajouter une parce que leur appli n’arrête pas de planter !)
Je n’ai reçu aucun e-mail. Mon compte, que j’utilisais depuis plusieurs années, a été bloqué au motif qu’il n’est pas certifié. Le service client n’a pas été en mesure de proposer une solution, bien que ce problème semble concerner de nombreux utilisateurs. C’est très problématique, d’autant plus que toutes mes cartes ont été supprimées. Je ne peux donc plus recommander cette application.
Impossible d utiliser cette application lors de changement de tel ou de carte. Assistance qui ne maîtrise le sujet hormis de dire de re installer.
