There was almost no waiting time and the psychologist was very professional. You can view the chat history for reference too. Highly recommended!

Who would’ve guessed that a text therapy session could help as much as this does! To get advice and guidance with a tap of a button and in a chat anytime I need it is a perfect solution getting the help I need (and their therapists are 🫶🏼). And I’ve got my teenagers using it too.

Was easy taking to someone and felt safe opening up only problem is not all of my conversations in my sessions saved so I have no way of reading back and getting help until they fix the problem

the service is very good, but the app is very laggy and the conversation doesnt save

I couldn’t recommend this app more especially for those that really are looking for support from the comfort of your own home. It’s been such a great help in my journey with anxiety. 10/10!!

Great app, highly recommended for anyone who has mental health challenges & doesn’t like going to therapy face to face.
