A web version is also available at Typically managing and sharing information and communication when planning group Trips or Events is a headache. Many people resort to using a range of disconnected apps, social media platforms, software, spreadsheets etc. accompanied by a spaghetti of email, SMS and messaging threads, none of which are really designed for this purpose. Lyfshort helps plan, store, and manage Trip & Event information in an itinerary format. It also centralises sharing and communication with friends along with participant invitations, access and expense management, booking imports and group messaging. Efficiently manage your planning, research, times, dates & time zones, location mapping, budgeting and expense tracking, supplier bookings, group participants, photo and PDF sharing, messaging and communication, all in one place. Whether it's a weekend away, sport trip, adventure travel, reunion, bucks or hens night, or a dream holiday around the world, Lyfshort has you covered. HOW IT WORKS Start an Itinerary : Begin with a Trip or Event idea. Eg. Our Family Holiday, Road Trip with the fellas, Hawaiian Getaway, Jessica’s Bachelorette Party, Dream Overseas Vacation, Rob and Debs Wedding etc. Add Items or Import Bookings : Start planning by adding a list of things you want to do as itinerary items or Import existing bookings from different suppliers as items by sending supplier email confirmations to go@lyfshort.com ... Catch a flight? stay in accommodation? meet friends? Sight See? Go for drinks? Hire a Car? etc. Research & Record : Research online, save screenshots, bookmarks and text straight back to each activity for future reference and group sharing. Expense Planning and Management : Plan a budget then record pre/during/post trip expenses, individually and across a group. (Includes automated currency conversion & expense split calculator). Invite & Share : Get the group together, invite participants and co-organisers with simple SMS, email and social media links. Then share itinerary details, research, expenses, images and bookmarks with the group. Message & Collaborate : Communicate in real-time using group messaging linked back to each specific activity for quick, easy reference. Location & Transit Mapping : Use integrated Google Maps within Lyfshort to quickly find locations when planning then save point to point transit routes for guidance when the trip comes along. Share Photos : Participants now have a central place to upload and download photos taken before, during and after the Trip or Event, all saved together with the details. This is also great for finding the photos months or years later rather than searching thousands mixed together on a device. Device Calendar Sync : Manage activity times and dates in one place by syncing Lyfshort itinerary details and your mobile device calendar. Export Itineraries : Save as a PDF. Share with people that may not be participating in the activity, save offline or print as a hard copy. SUMMARY Lyfshort helps manage your Trip or Event in one, purpose built, digital place. Download Lyfshort today and experience how easy having an idea, planning and then doing can be! ## Lyfshort Trip Organizer Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource125/v4/31/0e/5c/310e5ccc-eef0-f21e-92e8-0569585ae598/048b1ebd-a559-442e-b0b5-b8bd6b4c6c9d_1.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource115/v4/4d/89/49/4d8949d2-22c2-b83a-2f3d-f219efc7e2ff/ee309ff4-0743-4f77-8aab-c75d45d86286_2.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource115/v4/cb/6c/80/cb6c8022-c401-e4a5-8d95-7f5a9a0f4768/cb4efa58-64e1-477d-9b0b-a7eac6633402_3.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource125/v4/7a/27/1c/7a271c53-1ba8-40d3-ca58-40112249157b/c6a4a587-c332-4c99-b5d9-2f652a98ecfd_4.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource115/v4/e8/cf/b9/e8cfb9b4-da4e-49c8-371e-62296b5c3117/f8e69d88-dba6-4962-a1f1-274be04aa03f_5.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource115/v4/1b/8a/aa/1b8aaa18-99a5-33dd-24e8-b31a6956321d/cd43fa31-bdfb-41dd-9afa-9c543a162699_6.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource125/v4/eb/96/5a/eb965a35-ce2b-c050-c1d9-0a75ac989ffa/1368646e-90e4-4930-afbc-8084118424b5_7.png/1284x2778.png) ## Lyfshort Trip Organizer Rating Breakdown in Australia - 5 stars: 89 (82%) - 4 stars: 15 (14%) - 3 stars: 2 (2%) - 2 stars: 1 (1%) - 1 stars: 2 (2%) ## Lyfshort Trip Organizer Reviews in Australia ### ***** "Amazing app!" We are a disability service that provides travel opportunities to young adults with living with mild to moderate disabilities. We have at least 3-4 trips per month, ranging from 1 night all the way through to 18 nights, both domestically and internationally. We have been using Lyfshort for over two years now, it has had a huge impact on the efficiency of our work. It has saved us printing 100s of pages for trips and makes it so much easier for the support workers to have all the details in one location! It truely is an amazing app and we are so grateful we came across it. Keep up the great work 🙂 -- Stellar Experiences, 2025-07-03 ### ***** "Great advice from people who have real travel experience!" Highly recommended for people who have little time to research or don’t know where to start. Great tips from experienced travelers. -- K....zx, 2024-08-09 ### ***** "Goto Trip Utility" Can save all info in 1 place and communicate with travel group with messaging! -- Fitzybits, 2024-02-14 ### ***** "Share online itineraries" Went to Thailand with the family, all downloaded the app and shared our itinerary during planning, to store booking info and communicating during the trip. Also saved expenses which was handy. Recommend! -- RockinTraveller, 2023-11-15 ### ***** "Planning with the family" This is great! Mum planned the itinerary (flights, Accommodation. Etc) and we can see everything in 1 place and message around it, store docs, pics … wish I had found it years ago 👍 recommend for anyone travelling in groups together. -- Tmanturtle, 2023-11-05 ### ***** "Love it!!!" This is the best thing I have used in travel -- jbisaacs67, 2022-11-25 ### ***** "Group trip saviour" This app has been great to arrange a group trip to the ski fields in New Zealand, a one stop place to store all our bookings, costs, flights, accommodation, details on the hired equipment and car rentals that was organised by a number of us prior to going in the trip - will definitely be using this app again. -- RobbieTennisLover, 2022-10-09 ### ***** "Love it ❤️" Glad I found this App it is a Gem … I have tried many! Have used for 3 trips now. It’s the only one I have found that is useful enough to keep using all the way from planning to after the trip. Before booking anything, I can share details with the girls (we can all see the itinerary as a group) then as I book flights and accommodation etc. I forward confirmation emails to an email address and they just appear in the app without typing anything. I also love looking back at the old trips and showing friends, it’s like a journal … because everything is in one place maps, details, conversations, pics etc. Recommend giving it a try for anyone who is planning a trip. -- SkyBlueMarie, 2022-09-27 ### ***** "Super useful" So happy I found this app. Was looking for an app that could have everything all in one place eg research, flight details, maps, pictures etc. Really functional and easy to use for planning trips/events with multiple people! The only minor feedback I could suggest to make the app even better, would be adding activity types eg flights, accommodation, activities etc. and also be able to view itinerary dates from start to finish (only initial date is seen from overview) A fantastic app overall. Highly recommend. -- Fsimo, 2020-03-11 ### ***** "Wonderful Apps" Really helps me a lot to plan my trip, and share with my friends. -- Yonathan R, 2019-11-01 [View all Lyfshort Trip Organizer reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Lyfshort Trip Organizer Discovered Keywords -
