Choose from electric bikes or classic bikes — both built for fun, efficiency, and safety. Find and unlock bikes instantly with the interactive map in the app, and park at any station when you're done. Ebikes offer greater parking flexibility: lock them to any public bike rack in the service area using the built-in cable lock. Bikeshare is an eco-friendly, healthy way to get around whether you’re commuting, running errands, meeting friends, or exploring a new city. Get started: Scan the QR code on any bike with the Lyft or Lyft Bike app to unlock and get riding. Ride your way: • Single ride – great for getting started • Day pass – perfect for visitors • Membership – the local way to ride ## Lyft Bike Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/01/d1/4e/01d14e84-95e5-974b-84af-adb30bcec19f/ios_en-us_screenshot_01.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/1c/cc/90/1ccc906e-5611-a046-f93c-55646967fc08/ios_en-us_screenshot_02.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/1a/30/77/1a30774d-611b-4380-77ff-fc396a9b14ec/ios_en-us_screenshot_03.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/b5/c9/07/b5c907a3-8bc9-f940-d42a-f21df6ead481/ios_en-us_screenshot_04.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/54/1c/e4/541ce426-70f8-429c-f221-43fd44e11690/ios_en-us_screenshot_05.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/8d/36/71/8d367139-d22a-cbb0-5b61-97724c7f5d67/ios_en-us_screenshot_06.png/1242x2688.png) ## Lyft Bike Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 779 (73%) - 4 stars: 55 (5%) - 3 stars: 30 (3%) - 2 stars: 30 (3%) - 1 stars: 166 (16%) ## Lyft Bike Reviews in United States ### *---- "Customer Support Extremely incompetent" I tried exporting my bills so I could get them refunded by my firm. I had to manually select all my rides only to realize the export button does not work properly. I reached out to the customer support. They made me wait for several minutes and offer no resolution in the end. I ended up wasting 30 minutes. -- Adityac29, 2024-09-25 ### ****- "Widgets Don’t Work (IOS18)" Just upgraded to IOS18 and discovered the widget doesn’t work well - the core functionality is good (scanning bikes, maps, etc..) The widget offers more glanceable / faster way to scan for frequent users, but it appears to be broken. A couple of issues: 1) manual refresh causing a reload loop (blinks) 2) sometimes ignores choice of station and reports a random station 3) no place in app for non-ride related issues 4) stale information on station supply that doesn’t seem to refresh (even after opening the app to confirm) Otherwise love it. -- pccal, 2024-09-18 ### ***** "we chilling (sometimes)" lifesaver in sf except when its out of service -- SkylineGamer, 2024-08-27 ### *---- "I love the service but the app no longer works!" I cannot get it work on my iPhone 13! What’s going on?! I’ve been a member since the start in San Francisco. -- Tom Foremski, 2024-05-18 ### *---- "Stealing money" This company try to sell you day pass but they didn’t mention that this pass cannot be used for e-bikes. Also, after your ride it takes a lot of time to lock the bike because bike station doesn’t work correctly. Not recommended! -- Y. Pavlyshyn, 2024-03-09 ### ****- "Why no apple watch app?" Often I don’t bring my phone, just my Apple Watch (w cellular) and I can’t unlock a bike that way. Let’s fix that please! -- Adam_56, 2024-03-04 ### *---- "Apt does not show areas where parking bikes is not allowed" The app no longer shows you the areas where parking is not allowed. So it shows the areas green and then you park the bike and then you get charged $25 and find out that you’re in a red zone -- Jacq8766, 2024-02-20 ### *---- "Scam Company" I have used this app for a few years. The bikes are poorly maintained garbage, but sometimes, I want to make a one way trip via bicycle, and this is not possible if you use your own bike. Much better to use a city bike instead of locking yours outside the store. Do not ride these bikes if things like “brakes” matter to you. Bent pedals, nasty seats. Docks are often non functional, empty, or full. The best part is when they scam you! “You parked wrong,” said the agent. That’s why they had stolen $25 and change off of my second credit card after the first card declined their fraudulent charges. “I didn’t park wrong, and I have pictures.” “Oh, in that case, sorry for the inconvenience.” -- Terminationshok, 2024-01-04 ### *---- "Complete Disappointment" I recently used the bike ride app, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite raising concerns about unclear day pass terms, the customer support response left much to be desired. The denial of a refund without addressing the issue adequately has left me frustrated. I find it necessary to caution others by formally complaining to the FTC. Transparency and customer service are crucial, and unfortunately, this app falls short in those aspects. -- anifushimi, 2024-01-04 ### *---- "you managed to invent a bike that even bikers hate." The electric drivetrain on these bikes is absolute garbage, these should not be advertised as electric bikes. They are incapable of going up a hill. I had the pleasure of being charged $12 for a 15 minute bike ride in the rain, up mild hills, and it almost makes me wonder if this company is trying to dissuade people out of shared electric bike systems. Over-priced and failure to deliver. -- MiraFati, 2023-12-19 [View all Lyft Bike reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Lyft Bike Discovered Keywords -
