I am been a long time driver at the Lyft community, but my account was deactivated for the most unreasonable excuses. I have had a 5 star rating from the very beginning of working with Lyft but one customer had decided to report me for not helping her get furniture into her home which I thought was an accident unreasonable request, and because of this small inconvenience, my account was deactivated, I am so appalled at the lack of consideration that the support team provided and their biases towards costumers with unreasonable complaints.

I really hate this company. I wish for their demise. Rich greedy tech nerds who pray on people desperate and suffering to exploit us. They are liars , offer bonuses nearly impossible to achieve and when you get close to getting them they cut you off of the app or there is some type of glitch coincidental.

I have been with lyft for over 2 years and I work for Uber too. It crazy they don’t have a phone line to help drivers. They constantly say it’s a bonus but a lot of times they don’t reward you the bonuses. The gps is horrible and takes you way out the way of where the passenger is going. They refuse to reply to the e-mails with punctual efforts. This company has literally given me emotional stress.

The GPS does not know where we are and if you’re not familiar with the area, you will be lost. Please fix this as soon as possible. It is also showing up on the Google maps attached to the Lyft Driver app. It is the same thing when we stop it doesn’t give any direction please help out quickly for our safety. I have to open up a separate app just to make sure that I’m getting where I’m supposed to go.

Since I started working on Lyft one got shut down and I confused what is going on finally told me customer claim and we don’t listen to you we listen riders as driver I felt so bad no body listen to me

The camera cannot focus properly to take pictures for the identification. Please fix it. Otherwise, I can’t login. Bring back access to Waze .

Worst driver app ever. Only pays 30% of the money they charge. Gas prices going up and they are now paying even lower

I don’t get it why Lyft doesn’t show black car reservations in the app why driver have to log in in skeddy ap and pay over there to get black car reservations Lyft have to fix it
