ESTAFADORES
ME ESTAFARON 100 dólares! los cuales NO retuvieron de mi cuenta a modo de seguro por el alquiler de una bici que use pocos minutos y nunca liberaron el pago! Me comunico con ellos desde hace 3 meses vía llamada, email, y el asistente virtual de la app y jamás me dieron una explicación, se negaron a darme información que solicité, solo me demoraban y me decían cosas que no eran verdades sobre la empresa y sobre los cobros! Una total falta de respeto! Investigando un poco vi en blogs que varias personas le pasó lo mismo y fueron estafados de estar forma! Al día de hoy sigo comunicándome y siguen ignorando mi solicitud de información certera!

A driver assigned me a damage that I did not do and they charged me 80usd for that. They said they conducted an investigation but I did not do any damage to the vehicle and I do not believe there was any investigation. a complete scam.
