The driver left me and finish the ride without me. They also charge me for that inconvenience. I talk to customer service rep and they are rude.

Customer service doesn’t know how to value the time for drivers and for the company. They keep on rejecting documents which waste the time for the company and for the drivers. The only winner is the agent because he will still be paid. Giving a headache to 10000 customers for two hours is a big loss to the company. Customer service should think about a win-win approach.

This app has LITERALLY saved me so many times. I could only have 5 minutes to get somewhere that would originally take me like 7 minutes MINIMUM to get there. But all I have to do is book a car and in I’m at my destination in 3-4 minutes & ONLY for like $9-12. I LOVE IT HERE ❤️

We were at Parq casino and ordered a Lyft home … driver said they were there and they weren’t. Drivers must pick up on P1 level. Messaged and called and had no communication. Ordered another pick up and had pick up difficulties but the driver picked up the call and met us where he should. Was a great driver!!

Randomly charged repeatedly by Lyft. Customer support team sucks-A bot probably could’ve did a better job. Uber might be a dollar or two more expensive, but at least they won’t steal from you

The driver did not pick us up and was roaming somewhere else. We had to cancel the ride because we were getting late and we got charged!

The drivers are always on time and the fares are sometimes friendly

I prefer uber over lyft. I got used the Lyft several times. The cars are usually old, and their rider support is bad.

They charged me twice for the same ride and I ask for my money back and they don’t give any solutions. I send so many messages for help and is always the same
