Rejects payment card
Since my card expired I have been unable to update it and Lyft has been unable to help. I use the same card on uber, max, Netflix, prime, Apple, paramount… world everywhere except Lyft and they tell me to call my bank. Some nerve. Terrible app, no wonder they have barely any international presence ! They’re useless

Un de leur chauffeur a voulu m’arnaquer avec des frais se nettoyage, avec photo à k’appui bien évidemment fausse. J’ai essayé de parler avec le SAV, ils ne veulent rien entendre, ATTENTION AUX ARNAQUES. Prenez des photos avant de sortir du véhicule!!

They’ve unplateformed (fired) a driver with no reason or warning !! I don't want to be part of such injustice. Drivers are humans and they have rights!! They are the ones who create real value!! They must be treated with respect and fairness
