Absoluter Schrott. Die erste Buchung war für die Terminfahrt zum Bahnhof gebucht und bezahlt (Apple Pay). Zum Abholzeitpunkt wurde sie gecancelt. Die Nachricht ist in der App nicht mehr einsehbar, weil ja kein „Ride“ stattgefunden hat. Plötzlich war auch die hinterlegte Zahlmethode nicht mehr gültig. Service unterirdisch, App Schrott. Wird gelöscht und aktiv im Bekanntenkreis von abgeraten.
Das Geld möchte ich wieder haben!
The first booking was booked and paid for the scheduled trip to the station (Apple Pay). It was canceled at the pick-up time. The message can no longer be viewed in the app because there was no ride. 😡 Suddenly, the stored payment method was also no longer valid. Service not existing, app garbage. Will be deleted and actively advised as worst service/app 🤬 in my circle of friends. I repeat: Ride scheduled to the Station and confirmed 20 hours before and then cancelled at Pick-Up time causing us problems to get the train! It took 30 minutes to get a new ride (works perfectly with Uber).
I want my money back!

We added 100 dollars to our app via our credit card, we simply couldn’t use it. It always asked for additional payment options. 

We could not use it to book a ride during our trip to the US. It is a pity, 100 dollars are wasted.

Lyft ist eigentlich großartig! Ich würde sagen besser und günstiger als Mitbewerber. Leider bekommt man keine vernünftige Rechnung für die Geschäftsfahrten. Sonst würde ich viel mehr mit Lyft fahren.

I scheduled my ride a few weeks in advance and found a driver. Half an hour before I was scheduled to be picked up the ride was cancelled for payment issues even though I payed in advance. Now I cannot refund the cancelled ride. A taxi is still better than this since it is reliable.

App developed for fraudsters! I had to pay a damage fee because the driver found leaves on the doormat. It takes 5 seconds to shake them out and the driver can charge $20 for it. Bad support says he can't do anything because a manual chargeback is not possible and sends me the terms of use saying that the driver has the right to do so. ALTHOUGH it only says that the driver is only entitled to it if the SEAT is dirty and not the floor mat! Conclusion: The driver can charge a fee just for using the vehicle, you just pay three times the fare. Support is still supporting these scammers and doesn't want to help.

I’m shocked and traumatized how Lyft not only stole my money but ruined my vacation in Toronto with my whole family. When I contacted their support they said they would get in touch. This was month ago. Nothing happened - except for them closing my support request.

Was auf den ersten Blick nach einer guten Alternative zu den etablierten Taxi Anbietern aussieht, hat sich als großer Fehler erwiesen. Ich wurde von einer Lyft Fahrerin gescamt - und Lyft hat mir dabei nicht geholfen. Mir wurden 80 Dollar für eine Reinigungsgebühr abgebucht - bei einer vier minütigen Fahrt, bei der ich weder gegessen noch einige sonstige Art von Dreck verursacht habe. Auch abgesehen davon war meine Erfahrung mit Lyft sehr durchwachsen. Die in der App angezeigten Abholzeiten stimmen bei Weitem nicht mit den tatsächlich Abholzeiten überein. Insgesamt: 0/5 Sterne!
