English below. Absoluter Schrott. Die erste Buchung war für die Terminfahrt zum Bahnhof gebucht und bezahlt (Apple Pay). Zum Abholzeitpunkt wurde sie gecancelt. Die Nachricht ist in der App nicht mehr einsehbar, weil ja kein „Ride“ stattgefunden hat. Plötzlich war auch die hinterlegte Zahlmethode nicht mehr gültig. Service unterirdisch, App Schrott. Wird gelöscht und aktiv im Bekanntenkreis von abgeraten. Das Geld möchte ich wieder haben! The first booking was booked and paid for the scheduled trip to the station (Apple Pay). It was canceled at the pick-up time. The message can no longer be viewed in the app because there was no ride. 😡 Suddenly, the stored payment method was also no longer valid. Service not existing, app garbage. Will be deleted and actively advised as worst service/app 🤬 in my circle of friends. I repeat: Ride scheduled to the Station and confirmed 20 hours before and then cancelled at Pick-Up time causing us problems to get the train! It took 30 minutes to get a new ride (works perfectly with Uber). I want my money back!
Lyft Cash doesn’t work
We added 100 dollars to our app via our credit card, we simply couldn’t use it. It always asked for additional payment options. We could not use it to book a ride during our trip to the US. It is a pity, 100 dollars are wasted.
Keine vernünftige Rechnung
Lyft ist eigentlich großartig! Ich würde sagen besser und günstiger als Mitbewerber. Leider bekommt man keine vernünftige Rechnung für die Geschäftsfahrten. Sonst würde ich viel mehr mit Lyft fahren.

Günstiger als Uber akzeptiert Paypal ohne weiteres,Uber hat da Problemle gemacht und ich finde Lyft ist bisschen billiger vor allem innerhalb einer Stadt!👍

It was a safe ride, he was friendly and offered knowledgeable service. He already knows the route. GPS makes it even easier.
Cancellation should not be on hold on Credit Card
Credit card should be charged or on Hold if Drive was cancelled
