Lyft ist eigentlich großartig! Ich würde sagen besser und günstiger als Mitbewerber. Leider bekommt man keine vernünftige Rechnung für die Geschäftsfahrten. Sonst würde ich viel mehr mit Lyft fahren.

Günstiger als Uber akzeptiert Paypal ohne weiteres,Uber hat da Problemle gemacht und ich finde Lyft ist bisschen billiger vor allem innerhalb einer Stadt!👍

It was a safe ride, he was friendly and offered knowledgeable service. He already knows the route. GPS makes it even easier.

I scheduled my ride a few weeks in advance and found a driver. Half an hour before I was scheduled to be picked up the ride was cancelled for payment issues even though I payed in advance. Now I cannot refund the cancelled ride. A taxi is still better than this since it is reliable.

App developed for fraudsters! I had to pay a damage fee because the driver found leaves on the doormat. It takes 5 seconds to shake them out and the driver can charge $20 for it. Bad support says he can't do anything because a manual chargeback is not possible and sends me the terms of use saying that the driver has the right to do so. ALTHOUGH it only says that the driver is only entitled to it if the SEAT is dirty and not the floor mat! Conclusion: The driver can charge a fee just for using the vehicle, you just pay three times the fare. Support is still supporting these scammers and doesn't want to help.

I’m shocked and traumatized how Lyft not only stole my money but ruined my vacation in Toronto with my whole family. When I contacted their support they said they would get in touch. This was month ago. Nothing happened - except for them closing my support request.
