Slow & poor front line customer service that directed me to SEND AN EMAIL (?) when I urgently needed to take a ride and did NOT help solve my problem.

Arrival details
I was on the stop location as advised by the app . Bay 8 Lyft designated stop. Driver perhaps had the a different location (on the other side) . Please check at your end. I was waiting at correct place.
