The service is great, the app not so much. It work as expected when on wifi but freezes and stops working completely when on 5G. So I order via wifi, then cant see anything while traveling and once I arrive and connect to another wifi, I can add a tip and give rating.

Drivers very nice and accommodating highly recommended- cars clean and presentable

The app gave false info. I was standing in -17 degC/ 8 F outside for 10 min as it kept saying ‘your driver is on the way’ The driver was ok, the trip was ok, only it does not say that there is a commission on top of fare, also a tip on top of fare.

Driver rode off with our belongings, refused to return them unless they received big cash. Once we agreed the cash they wanted more cash. The driver then told us to get out. They would not open boot. They tried drive off. Managed to get back in car and they then accelerated and we got thrown against the front seats. The help centre was useless. 3 hours we tried to get help when they took our stuff. Did not do a thing to help us. Not possible to call anyone. It’s now in Police hands. Lyft has no safety in mind when things go bad. Do not trust this App. They don’t help you.

Long wait time. No driver available during the wait. Almost missed an important appointment.

Would be great if it was possible to send texts to driver through wifi instead of using phone texts. Due to roaming

One of the best taxi drivers we have had on our stay in America, so friendly and accommodating , the journey was a pleasure , we would highly recommend him, thank you for such a pleasant journey.

You can’t use the scooters unless you have a US drivers Licence. Way to be xenophobic guys. Zero stars.
