Requested a Lyft and the driver didn’t show up. The app said I was picked up by the driver which meant I couldn’t cancel the job. It’s literally impossible to contact anyone in Lyft to complain. My credit card was charged for the job even though the driver was not even near me to pick me up and I was not dropped near my destination according to the journey map. It showed on the app where I was supposed to be picked up and dropped off. Don’t go near this app. I would give it zero if I could. Diabolical.

Two friends sent me an invite which offered 50% off first two journeys. Went through registration process, awaited text from Lyft which they said was sent, to access but no text ever came. So no discount. 

Tried registering without the invite and instantly receive code to register. 

Decided not to use the service after that false advertising.

The service is great, the app not so much. It work as expected when on wifi but freezes and stops working completely when on 5G. So I order via wifi, then cant see anything while traveling and once I arrive and connect to another wifi, I can add a tip and give rating.

The app gave false info. I was standing in -17 degC/ 8 F outside for 10 min as it kept saying ‘your driver is on the way’
The driver was ok, the trip was ok, only it does not say that there is a commission on top of fare, also a tip on top of fare.

Driver rode off with our belongings, refused to return them unless they received big cash. Once we agreed the cash they wanted more cash. The driver then told us to get out. They would not open boot. They tried drive off. Managed to get back in car and they then accelerated and we got thrown against the front seats. The help centre was useless. 3 hours we tried to get help when they took our stuff. Did not do a thing to help us. Not possible to call anyone. It’s now in Police hands. Lyft has no safety in mind when things go bad. Do not trust this App. They don’t help you.

Terrible service! The drivers start the rides before they even pick you up so that they overcharge you! Trying to get in contact with customer service is impossible! I have drivers say they were two minutes away and have me standing outside for 15minutes!! Uber seems to be more reliable!
