I ordered a Lyft on March 17, 2024 I cancelled the ride because the driver never showed up. I waited 10 minutes from the scheduled time of pickup, which was 11:00 until 11:10 and he never showed up at the hotel. My $10 fee that was wrongfully charged was never refunded to me.
We had a great time with the driver. The car was clean, play music that we like and we had a very good time.

3 out of 3 times the driver showed at the wrong address and after 5 minute left and Lyft charged me 5 dollars extra as if I was the no show. The drivers do not speak English it is horrible.

I had a terrible experience with Lyft drivers, including racism and staying outside of the car when raining. I complained to Lyft they did nothing and said nothing to make me feel better. I understood from their answer that they encourage racist behavior, and I will not use them again.
