unhelpful agents!
Ever since downloaded the apps, always encountered issue! -payment issue -add payment issue -deleting my profile since my card this visible! All agent never helpful! They never solve any of the issue!! They only know is to close and close the ticket! Seems like they don't know what the job description of customer service! Can't even use the apps! Now i want to delete the application and been requested since august but until now all my credentials including my card this visible with the application!
Does not recognize mobile number
I’ve been trying to open an account using my local number. The app recognizes my country code but when I input my correct mobile number, the app says it cannot recognize my number despite having strong cellular signal. Developers should check this since I cannot create our account with lyft but I have an existing uber account. Thank you!

Lfyt array of cars and SUV is far better than UBER. The last driver we had was also very polite and not rude. Thanks
Not the friendly to international travellers
The app keep on imposing a verification through debit card/credit card, however, their data fields cannot accommodate international address and cards. This will make it hard international customers to link a valid payment.
Waiting time
Mostly the waiting time is not accurate, 3mins turn to 6mins worst is sometimes another 10-15mins even it says 5mins only it always happened. The car/driver is still dropping customer then traffic or delayed but ur system showing 5mins turned to 10-15mins waiting.
Unable to send code to your number
I happen to use my Lyft before but now unable To access since it is asking for the phone number and unable to send the code. Why???
