Way too expensive. Just paid $45 for a 3.5 mile ride from SF airport.

She was the best Lyft driver I have ever met. She went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our first fishing trip in anchorage. So thoughtful and caring. An asset to the Lyft community.

Terrible getting help to dispute a “ Driver non pick up”. Help is difficult to get. Button on the help centre does not work on the final submission, this is a joke.

Got charged 80 bucks with a tiny water spill. Driver didn’t even tell me it was an issue when I mentioned that I wet the seat just a little bit. After I got off the car, I saw that I was charged 80 dollars for cleaning charges - his car is filthy to begin with, it was smelly and dirty.

Would have been more ideal if the call features can be done through data voip so no overseas cellular call charges will imposed by the telco

Lyft makes it impossible to give feedback. I started support chat in the app and first Kimberly attends to me. After I described the problem I was redirected to Mary. I described the problems again, and asked will I receive any outcomes on my feedback from Lyft team. Mary replied with no it will be a general help for the platform. If you are just setting up a support team to show that you have support team instead of solving real concerns. I would suggest just dismissing the team and save some operational cost.

visited the states and tried to sign up for lyft. the app was unable to verify either of my credit cards, and i couldn’t find my overseas bank in the list of “register my bank account” options. so i went with Uber instead and had no issues whatsoever (indicating it was an app problem and not my own general incompetence). is lyft a good service? i have no idea. i never got past step one.

I am having trouble with my pickup location. I entered 2939 Van Ness which is my building and the cars come to 3003 Van Ness which is not my building! Very Frustrating! Christopher Fix
