These guys R THIEVES. They will say one amount in the app and issue a receipt and charge another amount to your credit card. Bloody thieves. DO NOT USE. DO NO USE. DO NOT USE. U have been warned. They r thieves. I am going to have to dispute their charges.

I had a discount promotion and they kept the full amount on Hold and charged me the discounted amount. Why do you have to do that? Also for the 2nd ride it’s showing full amount and not the discounted one. Very confusing and NOT GOOD if full amount is charged

My card was not accepted all of a sudden and the error message was very vague which said there seems to be an issue with your card. I transferred cash to Lyft cash and it didn’t allow me to use that either As an international traveler I’m stranded with a lum sum in Lyft cash and the customer support team is useless and keep ignoring you. Horrible experience

If you’re up for an important trip, then favor yourself and DONT book a Lyft! Cuz 1. The closest driver is likely to finish 2 other trips and arrive in 30 minutes. On top, the timing will keep changing. To add insults into your injury, driver will bother the least to respond to you. So basically, you keep waiting staring at the map and changing time forever!

Good price

Overall the app is great and the option to choose a fast car arrival or waiting, adjusting the fare is awesome. I’m general the drivers are great having decent cars. Almost 99% of the rides Lyft app on the drivers, gives the slowest route, and seems avoiding the highways. This logic affects the driver efficiency and the customers personal time.
