This app is awful
Used a couple of times at Uber was showing more expensive. 1st use as I loaded luggage in can and were ready to go my driver advised the app says we were no longer connect as if I or he had cancelled, neuter of us did. We tried to rebook but forced me to connect to another driver and I couldn’t cancel her. He ended up taking us and paying in cash. The 2nd time I was waiting 20 minutes for a ride and 2 drivers cancelled without reason. Not a good experience

Can’t even use it outside the US. waste of time
Very long wait time
Repeated cancellations of drivers, very long wait time but keeps telling you any second now and then you wait 30 mins.
Smelly cars so far
Only used Lyft twice, so early days. But the first stank of weed and the other just bad hygiene sadly :(.

Always available and arrived on time with a fantastic customer service attitude. Extremely grateful.
