Poor customer service

The right I had to 715 S. 24th St. earlier today was by someone that I was informed was hard of hearing by the name of Khai. Very rude very rudely. I am a disabled senior citizen using a walker with four wheels.. when he drove up, he never got out of the car to help me put my walker into his trunk. On the way there, I informed him that I’d like to be round-trip, but I had no idea how to do that in the app.. he stated he didn’t know, nor did he offered to help me find out how to do it. When we reach the destination, I had to ask him to help me get my walker out of the car as he fully intended to not get out of the vehicle. Customer service..
