Kann nur empfehlen einen anderen Broker zu wählen. Lynx ist extrem unzuverlässig. Insbesondere die App hängt immer wieder in entscheidenden Momenten. Häufig kann man es dann mittels Browser-Anwendung nachbessern, doch auch dieser Weg funktioniert nicht immer.

Die App ist leider sehr unübersichtlich unvergleichbar zur online Plattform. Da würde ich mir weniger schnick Schnack und mehr Klarheit wünschen und eigentlich im Vordergrund die Aktien im Depot und die aktuellen Werte dazu. Mehr braucht es ja gar nicht.

### *---- "Schlechte Benutzerführung bei Registrierung"
Ich habe den kompletten Registrierungsprozess durchlaufen, etliche Formularfelder ausgefüllt und Bankverbindung eingegeben. Nach einer gewissen Zeit werden mir dann verschiedene Dokumente angezeigt. Ich klicke interessehalber auf „Preis und Leistungsverzeichnis“. Alles total verständlich. Ich klicke auf zurück und bin wieder am Anfang Anfang des Registrierungsprozess es. alle Daten sind weg. Wer hat das denn bitteschön designt? Denkbar schlechter Start in die Geschäftsbeziehung.

Die neueste Version ist ganz ok, allerdings dauert es zu lange bis Fehler beseitigt werden. Also mehrere Monate sollten nicht sein.

### **--- "Naja, eher schlecht als recht, traden kaum möglich"
Die App ähnelt der IBKR-App, die schon deutlich weniger bietet als die TWS, es fehlen teils wichtige Funktionen.
Für einfache, schnelle Trades war die IBKR aber geeignet, diese darf allerdings nicht mehr benutzt werden, sondern nur noch dieser Lynx-Klon.
Wenn ich eine Order platziere, warte ich jetzt erstmal 10, 20, 30, 40 Sekunden lang wird die „Order platziert“, bei der IBKR waren es 1-3 Sekunden. Irgendwann bricht man genervt ab. Das Spiel wiederholt sich bei jeder Limitanpassung! 😳
Ich nehme an, sie Routen es jetzt noch über ihre Server, bevor es zum Broker geht o.Ä., 10 Min vor Börsenschluss noch 2-3 Trades machen ist dann einfach nicht drin, dann halt nicht.
Aber mit innovativ, Fintech o.Ä. hat das nichts zu tun!

Genauso schlecht wie die Trading Webseite. Selbst ein Stern ist eigentlich noch zu viel!
Total unübersichtlich, es gibt ein Trading Portal und ein separates Kundenportal. Ständig sind Texte in deutsch und englisch gemischt, die Benutzerfreundlichkeit ist die schlechteste die ich je gesehen habe. Null intuitive Bedienung.

Nütze die App jetzt schon seit längerer Zeit sowohl als Sicherheitsgerät als auch zum Handel.
Die App ist sehr umfangreich und bietet viele Funktionen und Möglichkeiten.
Bisher habe ich noch keine schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Auch der Service von Lynx reagiert immer schnell und professionell auf meine Anfragen!
Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Die App hat alles was man braucht. Ich kann mein Portfolio von überall aus checken und handeln. Praktisch ist auch das die App auch als Zwei Faktor Authentisierung gilt!! Sehr Gut für meine Zwecke.
