Cannot change nickname for artist
I’ve been subscribed to a few artist for awhile and i can’t change the nickname for the artist. it will change back to default no matter how many times i’ve changed it.

I didnt get the text and photo
why i didnt get the first text and the selca from my artist. I refresh and tried to update but nothing can i do. Its not even my internet problem cuz im using the wifi. Please do something. Im broken down because of this. Its not a simple mistake, its a big deals and problem for me. Please.

Unable to receive message from an artist
The apps already deducted my bill and still can’t receive the message… i just don’t understand what happen,disappointed This is the first time happened!
My bubble gone after 32 months…
I’m frustrated as I subscribed the same bubble artist for 32 months which is almost 1000days… and now due to whatever reason the auto payment delayed for like 5days and the subscription cancelled… AND!! We go back to Day 1… and I even missed out the artist message… I contacted Lysn support and they told me sorry they couldn’t help… Arghhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!
