Artist would send the message at around 8 pm but it doesn’t notif??? I would received the message at around 11pm but the artist time stamp of message is around 8pm? Fix this

I was planning to purchase a Bubble to message my idol and I’m using Gcash as payment method, it kept saying to verify and the verification code is already sent but it isn’t. It kept saying”try again later” until it takes a month!
can we retreive thise messages from the artist when changing our phone?
at first overall good but when i change my phone and installing this app i literally cant see those chat that the artist sent on bbl like nothing on the chat room fr!!! its so disappointing and the saddest part is my subscription is already cut like my ticket renewal is to be 22 of this month but i am no longer receiving any messages from the artist
Enables hate on the Platform
I’ve been reporting hateful accounts non stop for 3 days yet the app refuses to acknowledge my reports.
Can’t open the app
I updated the Lysn just now and now I can’t open the apps in my phone.
Full of racist comments
I can’t bear a sight of this app. Every time I open Wayzennie, a lot of Chinese fans are mocking artist, naming a racial slur to southeast asian people as monkeys and many more. This is not a safe place for young people. The creator doesn’t even check who joins this app. There are constant hate, spread of lies, and maliciousness. This is a breeding ground of evil. I do not recommend this app!
Artist never replied
It's been more than a week since messaging and I have not received a single reply except for the automated response at the very beginning. I have messaged three times and now I cannot message them again unless they reply back. It's really a sad system. I feel like if you want to support your fave artists there are better ways to do so. Very sad and disappointed about this service.
FIX YOUR TRANSLATIONS
if you'll use translations from google translate then just don't use it all, fans misinterpret the idols messages because of that

Developer please update and fix the bugs. Allow us to buy ACE membership. Also translator is a mess. Hope this get fixed too.
