This app lets anyone just run their mouths with rude and racist remarks against artistes. How is it that no admin ever does anything about all the hate (especially on WayV Community) against the artistes. Inhumane and the worst app for fans and artistes I’ve ever come across. The time stamp seems to change and the order of my messages were switched too after I refresh the chat window. The stickers in the store can’t seem to be obtained. the app is full of problems. A lot of bugs. I would not have used it if not to connect to the celebrities.

hi please do something about paid content being shared on social media platforms. it is not fair for users who did not pay to have access to content that are being paid for (e.g. bubble and ace). secondly, please regulate the content that is being posted on community.

tbh i brought the whole of red velvet message and nct jisung ! jisung replied really fast no going to lie i love it ! but o haven’t gotten any reply from red velvet which is super sad because i spent most my money on red velvet and it has been days and still have 0 reply from 0 members it’s pretty sad how i paid for it and i get nothing :( but nct jisung is doing amazing i love him ! he updated like a lot ❤️

The way bubble count anniversary with an idol should be updated. Many fans subscribed an idol since bubble was launched, but the anniversary is same as users who purchased months later. 
Bubble should count the anniversary since the ticket was purchased. It’s not so difficult.

### *---- "Are community rules treated as nonexistent?"
I just want to know if the moderators plan on taking any action regarding malicious comments towards artists on the app. There seems to be many reinforcements for copyright infringements of paid content but none towards the uploading of malicious content. 
What is the use of setting up rules if they are not actively enforced ? As a paying member I would’ve expected a better, more user-friendly platform for fans to leave nice messages for artists, but what I’m seeing is the complete opposite - “fans” spamming hateful, xenophobic comments towards members and other fans. 
 
There has to be an active enforcement of community rules and action taken towards those who breach them. 
I’m not talking about a simple censorship of curse words and phrases but at the very least, an issuance of warnings and eventually, a temporary / permanent ban.
Otherwise, it would be safe to say that this app unethically encourages malice and harassment towards artists.

With an app that allows underage children on, you should be doing more to ensure people do not leave such horrible comments for them. Moreover, Lysn has continuously allowed horrible comments and even death threats on their platform. This can be seen in the case of Exo’s Chen. Lysn allows such disgusting content on their platform and their moderators do not care as long as the users are still paying. Completely unethical and it disgust me that the app has done nothing to ensure a safe space for the artist and fans (esp the ones who are underage). They refuse to take action whatsoever, only blocking 1 word, disgusting unethical app has got to go.

Ok look... we pay for ALOT of things on this app; ace subscription, bubble and etc. So... it's not like we DONT fund this or whatever, SO PLEASE FIX THE APP. There has been so many problems since the first time i downloaded this a year ago. Ace content sometimes can't be loaded, messages from bubble can't be played at times, we can't send messages at times, we didn't receive proper notifications too. PLEASE FIX IT!!!!! We paid for this, at least make it worth the cost lol.

Lysn bubble had some problems with iOS, I sent an inquiry even before they officially announced the problem. And when it was resolved, they can announce it on notice but yet don’t even bother to reply to the inquiry I had sent personally? Very poor customer service, I lost so much content over the past 3 weeks due to their incompetency.

### **--- "The Renewal System is Stupid."
The experience of chatting with my baby Taeyong was fantastic, but I just found that on the day of ticket renewal(it’s monthly), you will lose the ticket automatically until you renew the ticket purchase history, and all messages sent by the artist in between will be lost even after you reload chat history! First I thought it was system error until my friend told me the same thing happens to her as well! I found it quite unacceptable as we obviously expect it to be auto renewed and all messages should be received without any miss! I hope you could look into this matter and get it resolved, and don’t let it become a drawback which will refrain people from purchasing/ renewing!

recently, I bought tickets for dear u. Bubble and for the first few days there were no bugs. I’m on my 21st day of using dear u. Bubble and sometimes I get a notification that the idol sent a message but the moment I clicked on it, the message isn’t there. Please do something about it.
