Price difference

Why is the price in USD but converts equally to GBP during payment? Did I just got scammed

Cant text my own friends only idols…

I love this app for talking to my chosen nct member but I added my own personal friend and we had conversations. After a few days the app went under maintenance and our chat has completely disappeared. Not only that but we cannot add each other as friends and communicate whatsoever which I am really upset and disappointed about. Our memories are gone just like that and on my friends list I only have the sm artists available. I know this is for the communication of fans with artists but also I do not understand why they got rid of the feature where you can text your own friends…. With no explanation at all this was a completely surprise making the situation worse!

Not happy

I’ve had the app for a while and then I went to look a message which Haechan had sent and as soon as I opened chat it kicked me off of the app. I tried to see if it would work if I await her to someone else so I went for Mark but it continued to do the same so I deleted the app and downloaded it again and it keeps happening

it takes so long to translate the messages and something weird keeps happening with the messages i send. i will send them and it will say that they’ve been seen but then when i go back on the app they’re all at the bottom of the chat

I’m not sure if it’s happening for others but all the texts I’m sending disappear after I send them or after the artist has seen them and they come back like after two hours but all at once at the end of chat. I’m not sure whether my texts are getting sent through. Can you guys please check this problem out and fix it please.

took ages to be able to register

months ago i tried to register and i didn’t get a code. my friend told me again about lysn today so i thought i’d try and register again. turned out my phone number did register but it never connected my email address properly. luckily i’ve been able to register and can now use the app :)

Poor design

The word limit is ridiculous for non-Korean speakers. In-all translation doesn’t make any sense. Use of the term “Korean New year” was also inappropriate. It has always been “Chinese New Year”. Chinese fans support all SM artists. Please respect Chinese culture in the same way. 李秀满老师，如果你还想捞中国的钱，最好对中国传统文化保持尊重。
