Worst withdrawal process out of any casino site I have used. Everytime I’ve tried to withdraw there’s been a barrier in doing so, regardless of how many documents have been verified in the past, this time there was a need to do it all again, but this time there was over 6 other verification documents needed including Apple Pay screenshot/ apple bill / mobile phone bill / payment card. 

They never seem to want this information to deposit.

5 days to get a response from their “service team” and only an online form, no live chat or phone number.

If I could give it no stars I would. It makes you jump through absolute hoops to withdraw your money. I’ve had to share half my life and they’re still saying my documents can’t be verified (even though the same documents were verified previously and for some reason they’re making me upload them again?!). To be honest, with the amount of information they want I’m surprised they haven’t asked for my last smear results. 
To top it all off, if you actually manage to withdraw your winnings, they charge you a withdrawal fee of £2.50.

DO NOT USE!!… highly recommend staying away from this app you won’t receive your winnings and customer service doesn’t help.
I won £90 4 days ago and they won’t give me it because I’ve not verified my account but they are happy to take my money.
Emailed customer service to say i have verified my account and cards but again they are still saying I haven’t fast forward to yesterday and it turns out they are wanting me to verify a card I no longer have with bank statements from that card and even though I’ve explained more than once I don’t have that card or bank statements from the card it’s and old card they still refuse to deposit the money I’ve won into the card I have verified! 
I get past from person to person throughout emails and when I’ve said twice I want to make a complaint I’ve been ignored. 
I personally won’t be using them again and when I do finally get to make a complaint I will be stating that customer service is a load of crap, happy to take money but won’t give back what you’ve won, you’ve got to jump threw hoops just to try get it and its been 4 days and still not sorted out. 
No number to call to speak to anyone either it’s disgusting!!
