For patients: skip the queue. Same-day doctor consults, pharmacy delivery to your door, lab reports in your pocket, ambulance dispatch, a rider for prescriptions, and Pulse & Protect, your vitals and SOS safety net, on your phone.

For providers (doctors, pharmacies, labs, ambulance operators, riders): no more claims paperwork. Same-day or weekly payouts. One dashboard for appointments, orders, lab requests, and earnings.

M-Kliniki is the healthcare super-app built for Africa. One app. Two sides. Care and earn.

FOR PATIENTS

• Book a doctor by specialty or by name. Same-day video and in-person consults.
• Pharmacy delivery. Order medicine to your door and track your rider in real time.
• Lab reports. Request tests, receive results in-app, and share with your doctor in a tap.
• Ambulance. One-tap dispatch with your live location.
• Rider. Prescription pickup and document delivery, anywhere in your city.
• Pulse & Protect. Log blood pressure, glucose, heart rate, sleep, weight, and steps. See your Pulse Score. Get a 7-day insights card.
• Symptom Diary. A 30-second daily check-in with pattern detection across 14 days. Urgent symptoms flagged.
• Prescription Wallet. Every e-Rx your doctor signs lands in your wallet. One tap to order from the pharmacy.
• Family Link. Invite a parent, child, or spouse. See their Pulse Score. Receive their SOS alerts.
• Caregiver mode. Manage a loved one's appointments, medicines, and lab results.
• SOS. One tap. Your kin get notified and your live location is shared.
• Apple Health and Google Fit. Import vitals from devices you already wear.

FOR PROVIDERS

• Doctors. Manage appointments, run video and in-person consults, sign e-prescriptions, and set holiday schedules. Get paid same-day or weekly.
• Pharmacies. Receive orders, track inventory, and dispatch riders. Faster payouts than insurance reimbursement.
• Labs. Receive test requests, deliver results in-app, and get reviewed by patients.
• Ambulance operators. Accept dispatches, navigate to the patient, and report outcomes.
• Riders. Accept deliveries and get paid, same-day or weekly.
