I want to say that the game is good, the customer service and the content service are out of sync.  
I have submitted dozens of requests to fix a bug in my game.  The buttons allow you to go in only one direction.  Which means that for a long time you can only play in one direction and you can not play continuously.  What caused the losses were in the money game and special events.  They need to check this urgently.  The customer service in such a respectable game should be much better than subsistence service.
