It’s easy to use. But it has a truly horrendous flaw. Every single time you go to ‘e-Claims’ to start either claiming or wanting to see what you’d claimed in the past, it loads every single claim you’ve ever had for every person tied to you account on the main screen (scrollable). So my family of 5, since 2013, all our claims appear in the scroll. Before I can start doing anything. It take forever to load. And worse, say you click on any of the items, once you get back out, it loads them all again!!! There’s an option to filter the years or claimants, but that only works in the immediate round, get back out and it starts over. Even the filtering itself is ridiculous, can’t type in the year, have to scroll from 2013 calendar till present year to ‘set’ the start date.
