Having difficulties in tele consultation but the the MHC could not solve the issue for over a year already ! Just a simple issue also unable to solve ! Disappointed. Definitely deserve for 1 star

App can not open
This is the worst app I have ever used. It keeps throwing errors when opening, cannot check the claim status as well and facing issuing even when I try to submit a claim. If the company doesn’t want ppl to submit claim it does wonderful job
i want to pay for my teleconsult but every time i try to make payment it just gets stuck on a blank page?? i have been closing and reinstalling the app multiple times but it doesn't solve the issue. i cant make payment at all, which means i cant get my meds and MC. whats the point of seeing the doctor if i can get them?
This app from Tokio Marine has a design which seems well intended enough. It’s easy to use. But it has a truly horrendous flaw. Every single time you go to ‘e-Claims’ to start either claiming or wanting to see what you’d claimed in the past, it loads every single claim you’ve ever had for every person tied to you account on the main screen (scrollable). So my family of 5, since 2013, all our claims appear in the scroll. Before I can start doing anything. It take forever to load. And worse, say you click on any of the items, once you get back out, it loads them all again!!! There’s an option to filter the years or claimants, but that only works in the immediate round, get back out and it starts over. Even the filtering itself is ridiculous, can’t type in the year, have to scroll from 2013 calendar till present year to ‘set’ the start date. Wrote them directly about this feedback but nothing has changed
Always telling me my files are corrupted. when you force user to use app to claim, you need to be able to support the files in pictures in all format. If I can give 0stars I will.
Can’t receive any message while I want to unlock my account
This app hangs too much- I have reinstalled it at least 10 times so that it will stop hanging with a blank screen
I am unable to key in the preferred delivery date and time as there seems to have been a change in logic in this page but your validation is still forcing me to key it in. This is not allowing me to check out my medication.
When you really need to use the app, it takes forever to load and just leaves you watching the loading wheel.
