When trying to charge my car I got an error message just saying ’5004’. I tried two times without success and they still held 80€ per time from my german bank account. So 160€ in total was drawn from my account without anything more than to get an error message. I wrote two emails to customer support about it. Four days later and I have not gotten a response to my emails and I still haven’t gotten my money back. 
Advice is to find other apps providing the same service.

… vom Feinsten. Noch teurer geht es ja kaum. Egal ob AC oder DC, die Preise sind einfach nur frech. So wird das nichts mit der E-Mobilität. App wieder gelöscht.

Über die technische unterdurchschnittliche Leistung der App ließe sich ja hinwegsehen. Aber überall sinken die Strompreise, diese sind am Markt deutlich unter dem Wert vor einem Jahr. Und bei euch werden die Ladepreise weiterhin kräftig nach oben geschraubt? Völlig unfair und nicht nachvollziehbar. Die App wird gelöscht

Die App erfüllt ihren Dienst und läuft auf dem iPhone 13 weitgehend flüssig. Optisch ist sie sehr sachlich und zweckmäßig was aber für den fairen Preis echt in Ordnung geht. Ich würde mir allerdings noch Filteroptionen wünschen um bestimmte Anbieter auszublenden (z.B. nur Sachsen Energie Ladesäule und nicht die m8mit-Verbundpartner).

Kann man nicht irgendwo die Kreditkarten Daten speichern ? Es ist nervig die jedesmal eingeben zu müssen. Noch besser wäre natürlich ich könnte mit  Pay abzahlen. Also,strengt euch an.
