DON’T EVER TRY THIS APP!!!!!!!" ⭐ 1 STAR. I WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD. I was actually EXCITED when I found out this app was finally available on iOS, because I could FINALLY leave the review I’ve been wanting to leave. To anyone thinking about using this loan app: RUN. SERIOUSLY. DO NOT USE THIS APP. The interest rates are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. Taking out a loan here feels like getting yourself trapped in a cycle where the charges just keep draining you. If you’re already struggling financially, this is the LAST app I would recommend using. But what makes the experience even worse is the CUSTOMER SERVICE. I repeatedly explained that my payment was delayed because I switched to an iPhone and, at the time, I had to BORROW an Android phone just so I could access the app and make my payment. I explained the situation over and over, yet the calls kept coming. And these weren’t simply professional payment reminders. In my experience, I was spoken to aggressively, threatened, and even YELLED AT. Is that seriously how customers are supposed to be treated? There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for customer service representatives to treat people this way. You are dealing with borrowers who may already be experiencing financial difficulties. Calling repeatedly and speaking to customers aggressively does not make the situation better. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. EXTREMELY HIGH INTEREST. Using this app was stressful enough. Dealing with their collection/customer service made it MUCH WORSE. Save yourself the stress, the ridiculous interest, and the terrible treatment. NEVER. EVER.
