If you're an independent support worker, you need the Mable: Manage support app instead. It's purple and built specifically for you.

Access everything you need to find and manage support on Mable. 
• Stay informed with your personalised homepage, which gives you a snapshot of what's relevant to you and your support.
• Handle last-minute changes in just a few taps. Cancel, reschedule, or find a replacement worker with quick actions on your homepage.
• Streamline your admin with important updates, quick actions, and an overview of upcoming sessions, all on your homepage.
• Use the dedicated Find support page to post a job, search for support workers, review applications, and check pending agreements. 
• Access your support hours, agreements and session information in the customised My support page. 
• Manage your support without barriers. The new app is screen reader compatible, and menu icons are identifiable for people with colour blindness.

Honestly, I found my best carer on here to start with however since then the amount of scammers and liars outweighs any benefit. I can't imagine for someone who has communication issues being preyed upon on here. Mable to nothing and scoff when the scammers are reported and they remain on their platform! Don't use. I am glad I found my initial carer but honestly now, they and find a way out of the circling ndis providers. Take care

The old app was much easier to navigate and my support workers were able to help me because they had the same app. 

Now it's two seperate apps which seems entirely unnecessary and more complicated. I also cannot access group chats unless I click a notification, and it doesn't label which message is from which person.

I find your site too hard to follow, one minute I owe over $800 on an invoice, I pay the full amount then find I am over $400 in credit? How does this work! You should be sending the invoice the same day as it is approved, I can submit to the NDIS, which then gets approved within 2 days!!, YES, 2 days, and as soon as that invoice is found, it is paid by ok so pay and sent back to you immediately, however you are taking over 7 to 14 days to pay the workers!! Not good enough, and if you cannot manage the work load, employ more people who can help! Way to slow for my liking and always messing up my invoices - Frustrating is all I can say to that!!

I’m not getting notifications on my phone when my support worker submits their hours. I have turned everything on in the settings and still nothing works.

Hi guys, one thing I noticed in the new app compared to the old app - once we are searching for workers, if we click into that workers profile and we 
 scroll down to read their information, the “back” button is no longer visible, only the “close" button (unless we scroll back up). This means we exit the search results, and I think most users would be experiencing this - it is fairly unintuitive. Otherwise the new app seems okay

New version of the app is not better, it’s worse. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it. When you open the app, it’s a plain white screen, rendering it unusable. The times it somehow works it’s slow and sluggish while searching for workers. Forcefully shows your age on your job description. Whilst nowhere to be seen for support workers. I’d also like to know the age of who I may be working with as well, this is not fair.

New app totally unusable. Cannot go in to approve hours. Website also not working or loading on iPhone. Not sure what has changed but I am totally unable to use Mable now to search SWs, approve invoices or review progress for sessions. This means my invoices go approved because of the 24 hour invoice approval mable gives before automatically approving these themselves despite ACCC rulings.

When it works, it works fine, though the UI is rather confusing at times. I can forgive that but when I’m trying to do things through the app sometimes it’s just frozen on a white screen even on app reset. This is a critical issue that needs to be addressed immediately since the app is unusable in the state.

New update in May’26 just terrible. Cooked on the update button that led to the app update then when you open it it’s just blank screen. Prior to this it has forgotten all your login and when prompted to forgotten password nothing was sent. Frustrating and horrible app update.

New app won’t load - just a white screen. My mother’s support worker just sent me a message and I can’t read it. And very little time before closing the old app. Clearly you didn’t wait until it had been thoroughly tested and stabilised before closing down the old app. You need to fix this pronto.

If the new app isn’t working for you, try following: 

Delete old app
Delete new app. 
Turn phone off then back on. 
Reinstall new app and login.

Not sure what was wrong with the old app but I personally find the new one messy in appearance and just not as easy to navigate.
