Every time I try to log in, it requires full credentials again – no option to stay signed in or use Face ID. What’s worse, even after entering the correct user ID and password, the app often fails to log in, instead looping back to the login screen repeatedly. This issue happens far too frequently and makes it incredibly difficult to access shifts or respond to clients in a timely manner.
