App works fine as long as you dont set it up with Facebook. Theres still a little bit of effort to contact app support. But once you get ahold of them they fix everything for you.

The app should really show whether a particular wash is open or closed. Once you’re at the wash, If it happens to be open, the app works fine. I’ve wasted a fair bit of time driving over to get a wash only to find it’s not available.

Have never been able to use the washes that I paid for in the app. Emailed Macewen customer support and was ignored.

Riverside South Ottawa has very weak Bluetooth signal.

The application is not stable and closes as soon as you are answering yes or no when the question to attach a card is asking

Waited in line for 40 minutes and then the app does not work? Already used four out of 10 washes. P.O.S app. I would attach a picture but that proves useless as well. Keep the money, maybe you can pay a coder that can make it work for everyone else.

My car washes are back as is the ability to buy more (was missing after iOS 13 upgrade). Thank you This app does a very specific thing and does it well.

Had this app for a year and worked great. Re-loaded 10 washes right from the app and no problem. Went to get a car wash and updated version now asks me to add the serial number or barcode from my prepaid car wash card. I don’t have a card, I applied a payment directly through the app. Can’t access my 10 PAID washes now.

Cant restore previous purchases after reinstalling the App.
