## Machi Machi Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Points don’t register"
Points do not load onto my account…
-- Jessicatch, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Very bad app and too risky to store your bank ID there"
Need a lot of improvement
-- Khoatran88vn, 2024-11-04

### *---- "I can not log in"
when I tried to log in, even I received the sms code, it's always show error
-- 卯金刀•亞水, 2024-04-30

### **--- "It just glitches out and doesn’t work"
When i tried to order a monthly combo, it glitches out every time i try to add the order to my cart. HORRIBLE APP
-- fluffball<3, 2024-04-01

### ***** "Amazing"
its very tasty and I would definitely recommend you to try it!
-- Sushi_polo, 2024-03-23

### *---- "Not user friendly"
Can’t update profile. Store staff can’t make changes either. Contacted developer, they didn’t respond. Customers should have full control, access and management of their personal details not be held hostage.
Points always show 0 value even though I’ve made multiple purchases. Not a useful app.
-- 837#, 2024-03-19

### *---- "whoever designed this app"
needs to get fired, do your job better
-- SonLe588, 2024-03-16

### *---- "Charged then error pop out"
I ordered from the app, even paid for my drinks then suddenly an error pop out.
Went to the store to show them that I have put in my order but the store told me they cannot find my order, and cannot do anything about it. Only directed me to the Machi Machi Australia instagram to get my refund.
In the end I have to pay again to get my drink.

Will not recommend ordering from this app again.
-- Machi Machi Customer, 2024-02-13

### *---- "Ongoing SMS Verification Issue"
Despite updating the app, every time it asks me to input my number for SMS verification the code sent to me is always ‘expired’. I gave up after three attempts. I can login fine but when I want to view the news or rewards it makes me do the verification and the SMS code is always expired. The app doesn’t work. My local Machi Machi doesn’t even scan the QR code they have to manually type the membership code so I’m not really sure why there is an app in the first place. Lots of improvement required.
-- jazzfusion989l, 2023-11-02

### **--- "Does not notify when ready for pick up"
This app needs a lot of improvement.

1. It forces you to select a home store before you can place an order. So you need to change home store each time when you order from a different location

2. It does not allow store staff to notify you when order is ready to pick up. So you have to guess when it’s ready
