## Machinery IoT Description
Machine management easy is a tool software to serve the construction machinery leasing industry, the use of Internet of Things technology to realize the remote control of construction machinery and equipment, equipment data cloud presentation, and effectively improve the after-sales service capability of the construction machinery host plant, but also provide equipment leasing management functions, effectively improve the business operation efficiency and quality of construction machinery leasing companies.

Main Functions
1. Location monitoring (software supporting Internet of Things hardware terminal T-BOX)
(1) Support remote and Bluetooth lock/unlock operation in various ways, and the management personnel can automatically perform lock/unlock tasks according to the payback situation and leasing cycle management;
(2) Real-time monitoring of equipment location and set up regional electronic fence, once the equipment exceeds the designated area, the system will issue an alarm;
(3) equipment operation load statistics and analysis can be performed based on multi-dimensional data such as equipment construction, attendance and fuel consumption.
2. Electronic Contract Signing
It supports the function of electronic signing contract, opens the interface with third-party professional electronic contract cloud platform, and adopts blockchain certificate, which makes the process of signing lease contract more convenient, standardized and secure, and helps enterprises to establish electronic contract management system.
3. In and out management.
It realizes the electronic application of the entry and exit order, and automatically associates with the corresponding electronically signed contract and equipment leasing price, so that you can directly view the details of the equipment in the documents.
4. Data Analysis
Managers can visualize the location distribution, inventory, equipment status, financial income and other data of various types of equipment in the form of digital cockpit, so that decision-making is well-founded.
5. Financial Settlement
According to the electronically signed contract, the preset equipment rental unit price and the entry and exit orders, the corresponding customer's billing data can be automatically generated. Managers can easily track and manage all the invoices and salesmen's performance according to the payback records.
