MacroFactor - Macro Tracker

I’ve used MyFitnessPal and Lifesum, both premium subscriptions for a couple years. Neither compares to this app. The support is second to none, the algorithm that revises your macros automatically based on activity and fluctuations and weight is incredible. No more second-guessing no more worrying. The UX in this app is amazing. It’s very clear that the people who build the app actually use it themselves. I went from taking multiple minutes to log my food every meal to seconds.

Learning to track your micros at the same time they are ever changing as you lose and gain weight, is confusing and hard. This is not only helping me with that but teaching me how to do it. I’m eating better I’m excited to track, no more stress about having to re calculate my macros again. You have a customer for life.

After using my fitness pal for 4+ years I was hesitant to try anything else. MacroFactor has blown me out of the water and is absolutely worth every penny.

I used to think “why would I pay for a calorie tracking app when I get use other ones that are free” - I’ve been using MacroFactor for almost 2 weeks now and I LOVE it. So easy to use, like the aesthetic, and it makes everything so simple for you. Also been loving the check in feature where the app will change your macros for you based on how you’re progressing -it does all the work for you! Get it get it get it

There are way too many clicks needed to actually add the food to my day. Several times now the foods I thought were added disappeared on me and I cannot tell what I did wrong. Food search is kinda meh. I paid for it for a year, so I have to learn to love it.

Absolutely love this tracker, works seamlessly with my Garmin. Couldn’t recommend more!

Really loving the app so far! Clearly a lot of time and thought has gone into the creation of this app. It’s so easy to use and understand. And the label scanner is a game changer! Have already recommended to some interested friends! It may already be on the to-do list, but one thing I would eventually love to have would be some Apple Watch integration. It would be super handy to be able to quickly log food entries from your watch (even if it was just a recent history list to choose from for the quick items you regularly consume). And it would be great to have a watch complication that would show me my calorie consumption for day. Just a couple ideas for future. All in all great app and I’m looking forward to using it over the coming year! Thanks to the team behind it!

The app is ok, they need to improve the layout and how easy it is to log food. Apps like carbon diet coach are easier to use and user friendly. This app is frustrating to use. You log in food, try close and it says “food will be cleared” I’m not enjoying using it , maybe it’ll get easier with time, but for now I give it 1 star review

I’m going out of my way to write this review. I knew after one day into the free trial that this app was worth every penny. I cannot stress enough how good this app is at doing what it does. If you are sitting on the fence about getting this app because of subscription aspect of it - all I can tell you is that it is worth it. It literally feels like I have a coach in my pocket that is constantly keeping me on track. Get 👏 this 👏 app 👏. Full stop.
