## Macrofit Fitness Reviews in United States

### *---- "Persistent Automatic Renewal"
Once I subscribed to the all access pass, I was not able to cancel it. The app does not allow me to manage my subscription. The Fit! company says there is no record of my name or email. I even cancelled my bank card. Today, two years after my subscription, I received another automatic renewal after trying to cancel for two years!
-- PlaysterCausesRoadRage, 2024-12-19

### *---- "Crashing"
App constantly crashing, can’t access the content I paid for
-- Scarletpulsar, 2024-11-06

### **--- "Very annoying limitations and overpriced."
Only works in portrait mode? Why not make it work in landscape? This is highly annoying, just like the fact that they say it costs $45, but they charge you over 60.
-- X is the way to go, 2024-10-22

### ***** "Love this!!"
If you don’t get one - your missing out

Took me less than two minutes to set up

Easily the sturdiest equipment I have ever bought

Storage is great- I place it underneath my bed once I’m done- eliminating my pull up bars that were denting the wall

Lastly- just download the app if nothing else to see how much fun they make exercises
-- bm3440, 2024-09-07

### **--- "Meh"
I signed up using the 7 day trial and wasn’t able to log on for a few days. It’s super buggy and kept crashing when I tried to save info. Not really happy with this app, it’s been disappointing so far
-- Shea Te’o, 2024-09-01

### *---- "App stopped working"
The app suddenly stopped working with an error message about not being able to reach the server. I have not received a response from their “help desk.” My subscription is still active. Horrible customer service.
-- Zig_HB, 2024-08-26

### *---- "Not Working"
Used the app back in 2022 with subscription, interested in same program, ski fitness. App doesn’t load at all
-- Jesse C Encinitas, 2024-08-26

### *---- "App is inoperable"
“A server with the specified hostname could not be found.”

I think the app may have been hacked or there was a rug pull, or natural disaster… no idea but it no longer allows me to login and view the course I purchased. Huge disappointment right now.
-- Licht_Rea, 2024-08-26

### *---- "App won’t even open"
Worthless so far because the app has an error message every time I try to open it
-- Ziggystardog, 2024-08-24

### *---- "App"
Doesn’t work now
-- Afonya09, 2024-08-24
