I started using MyFitnessPal a few years ago but never was consistent because I hated how it was set up and basically everything macro related was behind a paywall. I can use the barcode scanner for free which is very helpful on this app. You can manually enter all your calories and macro goals or you can take a little test thing based on if you are wanting to cut, maintain, or bulk and it gives you a good starting point. I would do your own research though further than that but it's overall great. I especially love how much it tells you, you have remaining for calories AND protein, fat, and carbs separately.
