Não reconhece o relógio fica conectado no iPhone e não sai de esquecer dispositivo tá horrível

Fiz assinatura duas vez já anual e não entra e o app não conecta mais com celular e ninguém atende pra me devolver o reembolso
Conexão
Ele conecta automático no celular, mas no app fica informando que não está conectado e nem acha a rede. Pois automaticamente fica conectado no WATCH 7 e eu não consigo desconectar o aparelho.

APLICATIVO PESSIMO, REALIZEI DOIS PAGAMENTOS DENTRO DO APP PARA 3 MESES E VITALÍCIO, NENHUM ME DEU ACESSO A ÁREA VIP E NÃO FEZ RESTORNO DOS VALORES
Função Sleep
Não dá pra ler avaliação completa, no celular conecta em dois Bluetooth aparelho e mídia, e mesmo desativando ativa sozinho novamente Não gostei. Idioma no celular e no smartWatch fica português e inglês juntos
Problema de conexão
As vezes funciona bem até que do nada o celular não fica vinculado e paro de receber as notificações no relógio. No bluetooth até aparece como conectado, porém não chega as notificações e quando desinstalo e instalo de novo para tentar corrigir as vezes da certo e as vezes não da.
Falta atualizar novas Watch faces
Bom, mas precisam atualizar as Watch Faces. De resto, funciona bem… esperaremos novas atualizações.
Muito ruim
Tem muitos defeitos e um deles é ñ conseguir configurar
