## Made in Italy Description
Made in Italy was build from a true love of Italian food. We passionately believe that pizza and pasta can be made as if you were eating in Italy and we are excited to share it with you. Our journey began in 2001 in Pyrmont and since then we have grown to five new locations. Honouring our Italian heritage – with simple flavours, fresh ingredients, love and care is at the heart of everything we do.

## Made in Italy Reviews in Australia

### *---- "No accountability"
There is no way to contact anyone in the company. Twice now I’ve had issues with an order and both times they just switch off the phones and the only way to contact them is through the phones they ignore. There is no email to raise issues and I’m pretty sure this is by design so they have no accountability.
-- Mmmpenny, 2026-03-25

### **--- "Last ‘upgrade’ dropped the ball"
Very disappointed this app’s last ‘upgrade’ removed the ability to adjust the toppings on half/half pizzas and also has many bugs when removing toppings on pizzas where checkboxes are shown but the text is missing. Roll back to the last version please!
-- LOOMX_, 2024-12-06

### *---- "Does not work"
Contacted support to say this and they never replied.

It says it'll deliver to my area, fill everything out, go to pay the order, says it won't deliver to my area.

Imagine spending money making a terrible app that doesn't work
-- dabaobaozi, 2022-05-04

### **--- "Awesome food terrible app"
Bugs
B-1. App crashes after payment is made so…
B-2. No confirmation in app that order has been placed
B-3. No tracking information e.g. pizza has left the store

Feature Request
FR-1 please add apply pay, much easier way to pay
-- Scoobulous, 2021-11-11

### *---- "Horribly unstable"
In the year of our lord 2021, you have an app that immediately crashes once you place an order. Heaps mad.
-- Stroggos2k, 2021-11-04

### *---- "Faulty"
This app is meant to be used to order online and receive loyalty rewards. Beware- It does not apply the loyalty rewards.
-- TheWidowChing, 2020-06-26

### ***** "App works well"
Have experienced none of he problems reported by others in their one star reviews - I think these may have been teething troubles when the app was first launched.
-- notapunter, 2020-05-05

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
I click pick up, & app keeps asking for delivery address. I’ve deleted app & reinstalled, but same problem
-- Tassiekrc, 2020-03-28

### *---- "Password reset doesn’t work"
I agree with the other feedback. The app doesn’t work because a password reset email never gets sent on signup if you already have an account.
-- Sureshotau, 2020-03-01

### *---- "Martin"
App crashes multiple times, which forces me to use other delivery apps such as delivering or Menulog, which I don’t want to do as they take a big chunk off the margin from these stores.
-- Martin Aus, 2019-08-03
