Make it so hard to pay klarna by hiding behind the Apple Pay
PayPal express integration broken on iOS
Tried Apple Pay afterwards with payment successfully taken but get timeout error on app. Buggy
Stock not accurate
Ordered a bed and it was listed as ‘express 5 day delivery’ but it actually wasn’t in stock in their warehouse. Wasted 2 week to find out what happened for them to just randomly cancelled my order. Not sure if it’s a bug between the app and their warehouse. In any case it’s not a reliable delivery time on the app. Avoid Made as they can’t deliver what they advertise.
Doesn’t work with Strong Customer Authentication
If you leave the app to approve payment with your card provider, the order is lost and you have to start again and change payment methods.
Visa Payment processing doesn’t work
Tried several times to pay by card, each time the app froze.

Terrible Experience
When coming to make a payment by Mastercard, the app has crashed on me on three separate occasions. I had to contact customer services to confirm that they hadn’t processed the orders and I was informed that they could see the orders in the queue but were awaiting authorisation from my credit card company. I really wanted the item so have had to process the payment via another method. Really disappointed with the app experience.
Latest update has got stuck
2.4 update has got stuck. You go into the app and it doesn’t let you do anything and instead says you must update to use…. you click on update and it takes you to the App Store, you click on open and it takes you right back. I even deleted and reinstalled the app and still can’t get in.
Issue with new update
Great app, but cannot get past the first loading page since the latest update. Please fix!
