There is no way this app is rated 4.8. It's slow. Its logs you off constantly. And literally every time I try to buy something, it's out of stock. If it's out of stock, I don't want to see it as an option. And of course once the "sale" is over they're restocked. I'm soon to delete.

This app is so slow. When I purchase something the item still stays in my cart so I dont know if the purchase even went through or not. Needs so much improvement, I’m surprised it hasn’t been improved yet.

The clothes they sell are incredibly well cut and a vast variety of colors I love. Casual yet well put together and super comfortable. CMZ

I am loving purchases and products. But, my last purchase, a dress, I ordered according to size guide…not even close in bust measurements. Not even sure if next size up will fit in bust, it was that tight. Bottom of dress in next size up may be too big. Also, I have commented before, both the website and app continue to be extremely frustrating. I am confident it isn’t user error and have seen other comments on it as well. I hope it is being addressed, taking way too long to order. I will say, when I have called and contacted them, not getting an inseam measurement, waiting on hold again for “support” team, and no answers for that measurement in a pair of women’s pants. However, the customer service persons have been very courteous reading their script. Thank you for listening.

I absolutely love Madewell. Great style and great fit! You can always count on them for style.

The app never works properly or loads. It’s really annoying.

There may be a glitch with the app because it did not save my password after many attempts.

I love Madewell, and the app makes it even easier to check my points status and pull up my account info in the store. I also love ordering through the app—it takes much less time, and it’s easier to navigate than the mobile site. 🩷

This function never works - i can save for later but I can never remove for move back to my cart. It is frustrating and seems to never have been addressed?!
