Description

Medinah Buses - ticket for city transport in a smartphone for Medinah, Saudi Arabia.

The Medinah Buses mobile application is part of the Medinah Transport. The user of the application can purchase an electronic ticket for public transport and present it for control by the controller or using a special device installed in the vehicle.

To use the application, the user must:

Install the application on your mobile device;
Perform the necessary actions to register in the application (use of the application by unregistered users is not allowed).
Payment for a transport ticket is made using electronic means of payment (payment cards) and other legal methods of online payment. Payment is made in compliance with the requirements of the PCI DSS standard.

As the number of participating cities increases, the mobile application is updated and new features are added.

يجب تحسين التطبيق

التطبيق جدا سيئ ولايعمل جيدا الحافلات توقف العمل في بعض المحطات من ٤ المساء طريقة الدفع بطيئة بعض المحطات الانتظار بدون كراسي أو مظلات شمس

شفت التعليقات وأغلبها سلبية، المواصلات مهمة جدا جدا خاصة ان في كثيرين ما عندهم وقت يتعلمون سواقة اشكر اللي عمل على التطبيق وعلى جهودكم لكن نرجو اهتمام اكثر وشكرا اتمنى نشوفكم محصلين احسن التقييمات في المستقبل

من باب الإحترام تنسيق صعود نساء لأن رجال يتضاربون فقط للصعود على حافله ولا يهتمون للكبار نساء عند دخول الحافله يتضاربون ويتزاحمون واتمنا ان تضعو محطه حافله على طريق مطار طالع ونازل

مشكلة الدخول

شوف مشكلة الدخول للتطبيق يرسل الرمز الأرقام على الجوال ولا يقبل الأرقام يحسبه كلمة السر يبغى اضيف له حروف ورموز ولا قادره ادخل على حسابي

اسوء من السيء

اسوء خدمه شفتها في حياتي لا التزام بالاوقات وانلطع تحت الشمس ساعه وعليها والباص مايجي!!!! واوقات يجي ويطنش مايوقف!! على اي اساس حاطين تطبيق مواصلات والمواصلات نفسها ماتلتزم بالمواعيد وماتوقف! راحت عليا محاضرات وجاتني ضربه شمس من ورا مواعيدكم الفاشله نجمه وحده كثيره لو في تقييم بالسالب كان قيمت
