From registering for swim lessons to signing up for youth league programs to even renting a soccer field, being involved in parks and rec has never been easier. Once logged in with your account information, you will get to explore all open registrations, available facilities to rent, and sign up for classes all within minutes. You will even be able to scan your membership fobs from your phone. With so many new classes and programs coming soon for the Madison community, the Madison Parks and Recreation app will ease the registration process. Reviews in United States ### *---- "Completely useless" This app is completely useless. I open the app to get a blank screen. I have downloaded and deleted and re- downloaded DOZENS of times in order to sign up my son for basketball. Was never able to get it to work. Missed the registration deadline because of a stupid app that does not work. He was heartbroken he didn’t get to play this season BECAUSE OF AN APP!!!! What happened to just being able to register online or at a physical place? -- Madison mama1, 2025-12-06 ### *---- "Not User Friendly" This app is not very user friendly and made it much more difficult to register my son for basketball than it should have been. Additionally, I had to enter information in multiple times because it kept disappearing. My main issue was with selecting the program I wanted my son to play in. It kept recognizing my information and giving me an error saying I didn’t meet the age requirements. There should have been an option here to select a participant.
