Deceiving UX will make you pay for unwanted features
The app is baaadddddd… and the UX is a reflection of the unethical behavior behind the business model… it’s not a business they will make sure you pay for what you don’t want by pushing options you don’t even know you are choosing, they really don’t have a product… it’s 3/4 videos of a guy doing exercises no engagement whatsoever it’s a weak modular approach to fit a simple questionnaire that pushes a couple of combinations of videos and pretends it’s AI. I honestly think if you go on YouTube you have better more engaging and tailored content (and it’s free)… they charged me for a meal plan that I didn’t want and only realized “I subscribed” when I was charged $19.99… the plan is not even good they don’t even try to make it sound good, a google search will give you more insights… avoid like the plague… you will only workout your fingers for texting and trying to ensure your data is deleted and they don’t use your credit card… just please avoid it
Charged twice and refused a refund
The app is misleading on the way their charges occur. I was charged twice on the same day. Day 1 of my subscription. I immediately contacted them to inform ab9ut the charges and request the cancellation of my subscription, which was, on its own, a mission to find the path to that cancellation button. A few days after I received an email saying they were looking into it... I sent a second email. Just to follow up. Today I got the final decision from their billing department. According to them, my case doesn't meet the criteria for a refund. Whatever their criteria is, because I was not given the document where it shows what is enough for a refund. I did not use the app past the first day, to avoid them saying I used the program and therefore had to pay. This is very upsetting because many of you must have been charged twice like me and not even noticed. I wish I could get my money back and out this behind me. I have been fooled !
Scam
This app is another scam, I deleted the account and unsubscribed after two days from the date of my subscription and during the trial period and they rejected the refund. The app is completely useless and does not help at all. Their support response: Hello, My name is Elizabeth from Billing Support Department. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process. I have dedicated considerable time and effort into thoroughly reviewing your case. Regarding your refund request, we have specific rules and policies in place that guide our decision-making. Unfortunately, your situation does not meet the criteria for an approved refund. Though I cannot process the refund, as a kind of my deep appreciation, I would like to offer you access to your plan for three additional months absolutely for free! No other charges will ever appear. I will be very excited to see you staying with us! I hope to hear from you soon. Regards, Billing Support
Not the app
I cancelled the subscription but they offered 3 months for free, I didn’t know they didn’t cancel my subscription and now they charged me again… no one called back!!
0 calories burnt
No matter the exercise or time spent it always shows 0 calories burnt. Something is wrong. Please fix.
Very bad
Yesterday I tried purchased your monthly subscription and accidentally bought something else… I didn’t receive any emails from you in order to activate my account and I can’t unsubscribe and have refund. I sent my request to your support, but I received only formal response within was totally unhelpful. Now I want to cancel my subscription and get back my money.
Refund issue
I was trying to email you guys for my refund request because of multiple charge you’ve made to my account, and up until now I didn't any single responce.
Scam
This is a scam, don’t believe their 30-day guarantee, they don’t refund, they make transactions on your card without authorization, and rip you off. I don’t recommend at all.
Another scam
This app is just a scam. They make you pay a yearly subscription and keep charging you for everything you don’t need and don’t use. Randomly, I got charged 60$ out of the bloom and can’t find any referenced to this add on. Apple, you need to regulate subscriptions to avoid scams happening on your platform!
