The MAE app will seek permission for the following:
i. Access to your camera to enable you to scan QR code and also upload documents when you apply for a new product or service.
ii. Access to your contact directory to give you the convenience of selecting your contacts when you make a transaction to a mobile number.
iii. Access to your location to offer you the most relevant food listings, marketing promotions or deals by our merchant partners while you are on the go.
iv. Access to your phone’s audio to enable you to make a direct call to the bank's hotline.

ACCESS BLOCKED DUE TO MULTIPLE RESET ATTEMPTS
HELLO MAYBANK, I WISH I COULD GIVE U NEGATIVE RATE. my account can no longer access because of multiple reset attempts. WHY Multiple? I’VE BEEN PUT MULTIPLE TIMES OTP NUMBERS BUT STILL POP UP WRONG OTP. AND NOW MY ACCOUNT CANNOT BE ACCESSED. NOT UNTIL I CALL THE MAYBANK HOTLINE. BUT WHEN I CALL THE MAYBANK HOTLINE.. ALWAYS AND ALWAYS KEEPS THE LINE BUSY. IF NOT, THERE IS NO ONE PICKUP THE PHONE!!

They even try to scam customer money when customer topup mobile credit. Cheap skate scammer

DARK MODE PLEASE!
It is IMPOSSIBLE to use this app for a visually impaired person like me. Fonts are not readable and we need dark mode/black background. I need someone else to help me use the app tor me to do any transactions. PLEASE HELP!

Can’t login
I just opened my Maybank acc today. When I want to login, it says invalid username/password, although I entered my password and username properly in the EXACT order. I tried to reset it, then it says to wait 24 hours bc I already reset it. Wth I didn’t reset my password before that. What a bad experience.
