1- Powerful GM players with 4000 stats which is coasting us real money and making us spend more to be like them or attacked by them, this is cheating from developers. 2- Crashing during the battle which is coasting me real money I pay 400$ after each lose. 3- lagging in cross server events which is coasting me real money I lost 1000$ in last gold rush game, the support answer is really bad read it : Hi there, we are sorry for the lagging issue. Please try to adjust your Screen Resolution to the Low Resolution to improve. It locates in the Settings> In-Game Options>FX Settings>Screen Resolution Settings. Dear, we are sorry for your loss, we didn't see the lagging from the video though. And finally you click to return which works from the video. My account was banned for no reason. All I get now is the loading screen saying it was banned due to refund which is not true... I can’t even start a new game from beginning because I keep getting this error! Reinstalling app doesn’t help. How can I start a new game?

After spending so much in this game they eventually banned my account for no reason and required me to buy more packs. This is scam don’t play it!

The recent updates have been all about " how to make more money" rather than "how to make the players/customer happy" I used to see negative reviews and ignore till the last update happened and i realized why many players complained! Your development team as well as Customer Service teams need to get trained on "Brand Loyalty" "Customer Happiness". Its so disappointing to see that you do not show one bit of interest in the voice of your players and not even care how many of them would eventually quit! is all you care about only revenue and money? when every player quits where will the revenue come from?
