Jeg shopper gerne på butikkens hjemmesiden, men shopping funktionen på app’en er uholdbar. Den bruger lang tid på at læse varerne ind uanset om man er på wifi eller ej. Sammenlignet med andre lignende apps fungerer denne ikke

Magasin’s app har været langsomt og trægt fungerende de sidste mange år, uanset hvor ny mobilen er. Ind imellem kommer varerne ikke frem og når det sker, downloades blot 36 varer ad gangen. For øjeblikket kommer forsiden heller ikke frem. I er gjort opmærksom på problemerne flere gange. Opgiver desværre app’en for nu.

Appen er på ingen måde optimal, man kan slet ikke benytte den. De forskellige funktioner, der står tilgængelige, har reelt set ingen funktion.

Når jeg åbner appen, så popper der en tekst op med kæmpe skrift om, at de har opdateret nogle betingelser - skrifttypen er dog så stor, at man ikke kan læse alt hvad der står (fordi det går udenfor skærmen) og jeg kan ikke scrolle eller foretage mig noget (det virker til at skærmen er frosset), så jeg kan ikke komme videre og dermed ikke bruge appen.

Appen er fin, den er forbedret en hel del det seneste år, men scroll funktionen er elendig. Man skal scrolle alt for meget bare for at se eet item på siden. Det gider man ikke bruge energi på.

Når man nu laver en app hvor det handler om give en service til kunderne så er det ret vigtigt at man rent faktisk kan bruge appen . Den virker så bare ikke på trods af adskillige køb gennem årene så har jeg tilsyneladende aldrig handlet i magasin når man kigger på kvitteringer hvor der bare er helt tomt. Det er altså en ommer.
