Instead of a small icon in my menubar, it has the Magic-copy icon with "Magic Copy" written out after it taking up at least three menubar spaces and we all know how valuable menubar real estate is. I contacted support a few days ago and received no response. Then today, it just arbitrarily deleted all my saved clips. It does NOT work the way it’s advertised, the cross-platform functionality does NOT work so it will ask you to purchase a different subscription for each device. Lastly, no matter how many times you try to contact Support, you will NOT get a response so save your time & energy. As of today the website doesn’t even work and I haven’t been able to find any other way to contact the developer or support or anyone else who can help.
