## Magic Guide Reviews in United States

### ****- "Gps please"
It was not as helpful as it could be. No search or gps helping with finding destinations
-- kg turner, 2025-07-06

### ****- "Great Function - one critical function missing"
I really love this app! It’s far more convenient for simple information than the Official app for the park.

The only thing I wonder is why this is not available as a complication from the watch screen it would be so easy to tap on an icon on the watch screen to open the app and get the information you need. Would that be a difficult capability to add?
-- Ben E B, 2025-05-01

### **--- "App works mostly as advertised"
App does what is should except for family sharing as described when purchased. Our family sharing does work as my wife and I share purchases maxed by the other. This does not. Customer support says read the previously sent complete guide. The complete guide doesn’t resolve the problem. Single user works pretty well. Family sharing does not. Would rather have my money back.
-- mach58, 2023-12-02

### *---- "Won’t show restrooms without upgrade!"
Ridiculous!
-- monogrammedgardener, 2023-11-07

### *---- "Does this app really work?"
I paid to get this and I feel like it doesn’t really give the most up to date info. I wish I had kept my money.
-- Goldielocks35!, 2023-05-23

### **--- "Upgraded for up to date wait times"
Upgraded for the up to the minute wait times, yet now just showing closed and not giving any wait times. I even submitted an accurate wait time, it thanked me, still didn’t update.

Will improve rating if fixed.
-- Lone Photographer, 2023-02-17

### *---- "Thought this wasn’t an official app"
It’s not. All the ads! 🤦‍♂️
-- WmH2, 2021-06-13

### ***** "Must have when visiting parks!"
Great tool that provides everything from wait times to interactive maps. Very helpful
-- Saifborgan, 2019-11-02

### ***** "AMAZING"
This app really helped us a lot in the park
-- Candicevictoria, 2019-11-02

### *---- "Wrong Time information/ wrong open or close information!!!!!!!"
The least the park should do is give us the right information!!!!! Example today is 6/14/2019 09:50 am, and the new ride( Hagrid’s magical creatures motor bike adventure) is closed and the app shows the ride open!!!! Really that’s false information!! That’s not a good way to treat your customers. I do not like that!!!
