Also there is no link to the property in the email when the owner accepts the contact details request.

I received call from magicbricks sales representative to purchase the offer. I clarified requirements that i am looking for renting, i want to contact property owners. However, i was sent the payment link, which was meant for property seller, not buyer/rent. Either this misleading is done on purpose or sales team does not understand the process. I have lost the money. sales / support team does not respond. Support email is not monitored. Help section chatbot is saying incorrect otp. This is a big scam.

When they need to sell and loot the people they sell there subscription without any documents now when someone is mistakenly done the profile type to builder they need proof of owner sent them the deed also but still not able read as they only can read money

As an owner of a property i am extremely dissatisfied with their platinum plan it is really bad! I have paid 4500 rupees for that in the hope that i will be able to connect to right tenants in my locality, but instead what i realised is that it is super hard to find the right match with this plan that gives limited connects to find the tenant. Primary reasons are 
1. when you get an enquiry it feels like it is not actually the enquiry from tenant but magic bricks sending you that as often i have got on call with the match only to find they are not looking anymore as they have already found the apartment and end up wasting your credit

2. The matches you get are actually require the apartment very far from the location pf your apartment again end up wasting your credit

3. When you try to search for matches there is not enough information given to know where the candidates wants to get the apartment, what bhk is he looking for as well. Making it almost impossible to find the right match!

I would highly recommend not to buy any subscription, it is a waste of money.

I am giving 2 star only because i believe they can fix the problems if they really want to as these are product problems and not really that they dont have any tenants/owners using their platform. And strongly need to improve customer support as well

Their team will lure you into purchasing the package but the moment you make the payment they will ghost you entirely. Deepak is our agent and he has been ghosting us immediately after the payment was made. Their team does not guide you, the website application is glitchy. No one, absolutely no one will help you from their team. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT OPT FOR THE SERVICES.

I want to sell a property for which i was called many times to purchase a plan. When i purchased and make payment neither i received any response from buyer so far nor from the team called me any time. After taking money they just dump me as i don’t exist for them. Their is no direct calling number available and even i mail them a complaint but they did not reply. I think they just cheat me. This company is not good for anything. Not buying and not selling.

Please never register on this app using your phone number or email. Even after unsubscribing from emails, they continue to send repeated emails and make back-to-back calls. It is extremely annoying, highly disturbing, and reflects very poor manners and unprofessional behavior.

I was looking for home interior and i opted magicbrick as i was short of time .. so they started sharing and creating group woth multiple interior designer.. finally i opted for one of them named OKAY HOME DEAL.. as magic brick assured qll are good and provide 10 years support..  now the interior company is delaying like anything its more than 2 and half months and only 60 percent work is completed .. and magicbrick call person named Roselin D contact is not working anymore and i am left with no other option except approaching legal action

I paid twice to search for a flat, but most listings were inaccurate or outdated. Many had incorrect phone numbers, some didn’t exist, and the majority turned out to be agents or brokers. Only 1 or 2 options were available that too not in my search location. Overall, it felt like poor value for money and a disappointing experience.

Never buy a subscription. MagicBricks is scamming customers.
Strategy 1: They show you a property that you will like, but when you click to get the contact number, they ask you to buy a membership.
Strategy 2: They show similar non-membership properties, but when you request the owner’s number, you never receive it.
Strategy 3: They do not verify genuine customers. After buying a membership, you realize that the majority of the numbers or listings are posted by scammers.
